Launched in October 2025 by the Parramatta Eels, the Eels Institute aims to educate & empower the next generation of sports industry professionals.

Blending nationally recognised qualifications with practical industry experience, the Eels Institute graduates can leverage their qualifications to pursue careers in sport and further study through TAFE Queensland’s network of partner universities.
Study and train at the Home
of the parramatta Eels
The programs are delivered at James Hardie Centre of Excellence and Kellyville Memorial Park Community Centre, a world-class facility.
Practical Experience within an elite Sports Organisation
Students will gain up to 100 hours of work experience, rotating through various departments within the Parramatta Eels.
Opportunity for employment at the Parramatta Eels
A minimum of two high-achieving students from each cohort will be offered full-time employment with the Eels upon completion of their program.
