My experience at Eels Institute has been incredible. Hearing from all the guest speakers has been an important part of the program and has helped me to learn about the different career paths in sport. The work experience has also been extremely beneficial. It's given me access to practical learning opportunities, exposure to different departments at the Club, and it's helped me to figure out what type of work I really enjoy doing. My experience with the Eels staff has been incredible too. All of the staff are very welcoming and have all been so helpful. I'd highly recommend the Eels Institute to people who want to pursue a career in sport.
